This Daftmill 2007 Winter Batch Release is from the family owned and and operated seasonal Lowland Distillery, located in the Kingdom of Fife.

Taking care of the farm is the family's main propriety so whisky distillation only takes place June to August and November to February.

Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2020 from seven First Fill Ex-Bourbon Casks.

This winter batch release is a Limited Edition of only 1690 bottles in total.
