Lindores Abbey Aqua Vitae

Lindores Abbey's Aqua Vitae is distilled in pot stills and then infused with a blend of spices,herbs,(including cleavers), lemon verbena, douglas fir and sweet cicely.

All are foraged from the grounds of the ancient Abbey.

Good enough to enjoy simply over ice with a twist of orange.

An intriguing spirit with a good bit of history behind it - the earliest Aqua Vitae produced at Lindores Abbey's historic site was all the way back in 1494
